Semi-detached patio villa, recently renovated, located in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end street (ideal for children), in a charming and flowery private residential area, with a terrace at the back to enjoy beautiful evenings around a plancha, and a small garden overlooking a revitalizing wood which is very enjoyable in summer.

The proximity of "EVERYTHING" offers all the advantages for a very pleasant holiday with friends, family or lovers: small and large shops within walking distance (Leclerc, Picard, Boulangerie for breakfast!), at the crossroads of Capbreton and Hossegor, beaches (all within reach, beach shuttles at the exit of the Residence), numerous cycle paths on the outskirts, Capbreton port, small woods and forests in the surrounding area, sports park, skate park, various markets (including the daily fish market in the port and the famous Sunday market in Hossegor), etc.

On foot or by bike you will be delighted to be able to leave your car as soon as you arrive. A parking space is reserved in front of the garage.

The house is well equipped (3 * equipment) (cot and high chair for baby on request). One of the bedrooms has a 160 bed that can be separated into two single beds on request.
